The MG-616 HF broadband cage antenna consists of antenna support mast, antenna element, network matcher and impedance transformer. The design of the antenna is based on the  end loading technique, which is featured of wide frequency bandwidth and free of tuning. Comparing with the regular branched cage antenna, this antenna has better bandwidth and gain. With the feature of higher cost performance, it is the priority selection and the upgrading product, which is suited to the application of fixed HF communication stations.
